CONDITIONS

CSV acts only as freight forwarder never as contractual carrier. Our tariff includes commission. On all our activities as freight forwarder and customs related activities the latest version of the Dutch Freight Forwarding conditions (2018)  excluding the arbitral clause are applicable. These conditions are deposited with the District Court of Rotterdam, the Netherlands, will be sent free of charge upon request and can be viewed on www.csv-logistics.com/dffconditions.

All our activities relating to warehousing and/or value added logistics are governed by the latest version of the Logistical Services Conditions (2014) excluding the arbitral clause. These conditions are deposited with the District Court of Rotterdam, the Netherlands, will be sent free of charge upon request and can be viewed on www.csv-logistics.com/lscconditions. Any inconsistency as to the capacity in which CSV operates and/or which general terms and conditions apply, CSV’s view is decisive.

All our activities are performed exclusively under Dutch law. The District Court Limburg, Roermond, the Netherlands is exclusively competent. CSV rejects any possible general terms and conditions from principal and/or carrier hereby.
